As Cambridgeshire wedding photographers, The Old Hall Ely is one of our favorite spots to capture a big day. With its stunning Jacobean architecture, views of Ely Cathedral, and the rolling fens, it’s the perfect blend of historic charm and scenic beauty. Fran and Elliot’s summer wedding here? Absolute magic.

The day started with bridal prep, and Fran’s suite was full of laughter and good vibes. Her bridesmaids kept things light and fun, helping her get ready without a hint of stress in sight. Elliot and his groomsmen were suited up in classic black tie, and they looked every bit the part. We captured a mix of relaxed and sharp portraits before they headed off for the ceremony.

As the sun dipped lower, we were treated to one of those golden hours that photographers dream of. We took Fran and Elliot for a quick wander, capturing some gorgeous, sun-drenched portraits. They were so natural together, making our job easy and the photos even better.

When it came to the evening, Fran and Elliot knew how to throw a party. Their DJ saxophonist was an absolute game-changer, bringing an incredible energy that had everyone on the dancefloor from the first beat. It wasn’t just a party; it was an experience!
