Bridal Prep at The Bull & Swan, Stamford

The morning began at The Bull & Swan, a beautiful boutique hotel in Stamford that always provides the perfect setting for relaxed bridal prep. Philipa and her bridesmaids filled the room with laughter, excitement, and a few emotional moments too.

Meeting the Groom & Groomsmen at Burghley House

We met Sam and his groomen at Burhgley House, the perfect backdrop for classic, stylish portraits that make the most of the venue’s historic exterior.

We got a lovely photo of Sam's twin brother doing his button hole, before heading to the front of the venue for photos with the rest of the groomsmen.

A Beautiful Ceremony in Burghley House Chapel

Philipa arrived in her father’s beloved Rolls Royce for the ceremony in the Burghley House Chapel.

Burghley House’s private chapel is one of the most breathtaking ceremony spaces in the UK. With towering stained glass, ornate carvings, and soft natural light, it creates an unforgettable atmosphere for couples and photographers alike.

Rolls-Royce & Bridge Portraits

Having Philipa's father's Rolls-Royce was a lovely personal detail that made their photos even more meaningful. After the ceremony, we drove around the grounds for some beautiful scenic moments at the main gate and a lovely bridge setting that overlooked Burghley House.

Drinks Reception in the Burghley House Gardens

Guests enjoyed a sunny afternoon in the gardens, surrounded by Burghley House’s iconic architecture and relaxed summer vibes.

Couple Portraits: Grounds & Heaven Room

Burghley House offers some of the grandest backdrops for wedding photography - from the golden gates to the famous Heaven Room. Philipa & Sam embraced every moment, giving us a gorgeous variety of elegant, romantic, and editorial-style portraits.
